Father’s Day Bourbon Dinner
What better way to show your appreciaton for your father than treating him a bourbon pairing dinner. Chef Scott Wallett Jr. will prepare a three-course meal while discussing each dish alongside Spirits Educator Gina Mazzone from Diageo Hospitality. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a bourbon cocktail designed to complement the flavors of the dish. The dinner will include:
First Course Pairing: Carrot Ginger Soup or Tomato Bisque paired with Dickel 8yr Lions Mane Cocktail.
Second Course Pairing: Prime Rib with Horseradish Cream and Borderlaise, served with Robuchon Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Broccolini Paired with Dickely Rye Old Fashioned.
Third Course: Black Forest Mousse Dessert paired with the Dickel Leopold Brothers Three Chambers Cocktail.
