In celebration of their 10th anniversary, Few Spirits, a local Evanston, IL distillery, has partnered with Thorn Restaurant & Lounge for special four-course pairing dinner. The custom menu by Executive Chef Nicholas Malloy features upscale Southern-inspire cuisine paired with Few’s best spirits including their 10th Anniversary Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

1st Course

Few Straight Rye Whiskey

Sauteed Shrimp, Fried Chicken Skin, Popcorn Grits, Chive Oil

2nd Course

Few Straight Bourbon

Gochujang Fried Chicken, Miso Buttermilk Biscuit, Burrata, Candied Orange Rind

3rd Course

10th Anniversary Four Grain Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Braised Short Rib, Sweet Potato Puree, Roasted Baby Carrots, Pecan Gremolata, Toffee Demi Glace

4th Course

American Straight Whiskey

Bourbon Poached Pear, Chocolate Balsamic, Pistachio Crumble, All Spice Gelato
