Hosted by a Prisoner Wine Sommelier and featuring a custom menu crafted by Executive Chef Scott Wallet. The evening will include a Charcuterie board and sparkling wine toast, followed by a seductive dining experience with menu selections that include:
First course: Roasted Squash Soup, Unshackled Sauvignon Blanc
Second course: Fall Harvest Salad, Saldo Chenin Blanc
Third course: Braised Short Rib, Prisoner Pinot Noir
Fourth Course: Rack of Lamb, Prisoner Red Blend
Fifth Course: Pots De Creme, Prisoner Sparkling Rosé
